What a fantastic stay we had over Easter! the breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. the location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the city on foot. And the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. We also loved the stylish and modern decor of the apartment, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The only small downside was that the bathroom door didn't close completely. It wasn't a big deal for us, but it might be a little awkward if you're staying with someone you're not close to.

Excellent 3 night stay. Favourable and top location, close some of the must sees in Gorlitz, like Market Square, based near the place. The whole experience met expectations, I would stay here again.

I recently stayed at Via'S Appartements in Gorlitz for a week and it was truly a wonderful experience. The house was beautifully designed with stylish furniture and warm interiors. The location, being close to the city center, made it convenient to explore the area. The breakfast, although not included in the price, was absolutely worth it with fresh and tasty options, including warm and cold food, good tea and coffee, and crunchy bakery items. The play room with table football and books added a fun touch to our stay. I was extremely satisfied and will definitely be back in the future. Thank you!

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

I absolutely loved the decoration of the hotel. The interiors were so cosy and stylish, it felt like I was stepping into a magazine. The mix of modern decor in an historical space was truly unique. As a senior woman, I found the hotel very accessible. They had a lift that made it easy for me to get around with my buggy, and they even arranged a baby cot and high chair for my grandchild. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and made sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. it was a truly delightful experience.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the children working there to be more attentive to the needs of the elderly guests. While the staff were friendly and helpful, I think it would be beneficial for them to provide extra assistance and ensure that the older guests are well taken care of.

My children wanted a playground nearby for some outdoor fun.

The location of the hotel is perfect, with easy access to the beautiful old town and the historic old bridge that allows you to cross the border to Poland. the rooms are spacious and well-renovated, providing a mix of history and modern comfort. the bathroom is great with good quality towels and there is air conditioning in the lounge along with a superb ceiling fan in the bedroom. the apartment offers convenient facilities such as a ping-pong table, football table, and Netflix for entertainment.

The personal touch is lacking as the reception staff is not consistently available, which can be disappointing when wanting to order breakfast or needing assistance.
